iOS 13.3 bug: slow selection

For users using iOS 13.3, there is a bug when using iOS built-in dictionary ("Define" button option in the contextual menu). Due to this bug, text selection will become very slow. We advise people using iOS13.3 to disable the "Define" option until Apple has fixed this bug.
